Station Amstelveen Hotel / B&B
Steep stairs
As this is an old Dutch building, be aware that the stairs to the first floor is steep – see picture to the left. The stair consists of 23 steps that are 19 cm high and 22 cm deep.
Check in
Check in 15.00 – 21.00 and check out latest 11.00.
Breakfast
During the breakfast is served between 7.00-10.00 and in the weekend 8.00 -10.00
Non Smoking
This is a non smoking property. You are not allowed to smoke in the rooms or elsewhere in the building. We provide a smoking area outside.
Pets
We do not allow pets in the rooms, however we have a dog living in the stations’s private areas.
Cancellations
For refundable bookings:
If cancelled or modified up to 2 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
For Non Refundable bookings:
Non-Refundable bookings are non-refundable. That means that booking cannot be cancelled or changed.
Parking is available on site or next to the building.
WiFi is available and free of charge.
TV channels includes “my prime”; 1000 of movies and series free of charge.
Extra bed sofa can be made in the rooms “Inspector”, “Dispatcher” and ”Conductor” for an additional cost of 15 euro per night. A baby crib can be provided for the cost of 15 euro.
Divets, we are making the beds with king size divets, possible to order with single divets if preferred
Bicycles, based on availability, can be rented.
All rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, minibar, Nespresso and tea kettles, working
desks, iron and iron boards.

A practical APP to download (free) is “9292” – which helps you to plan your local trips in and around Amsterdam. You can download the public transport app 9292 here
From Schiphol Airport Bus 300 (14 minutes) to Amstelveen Centrum (“B” in the map to the left). From there it is a 11 minute walk to our B&B (A).
Bus 186, stops only 2 minutes from our Station, however, it does not go over the weekends.
Taxi from Schiphol takes 10-15 minutes and cost about 35 euros.
How to get to central Amsterdam You walk 10 minutes to busstop Amstelveen (“B” in the map to the left) where bus Bus 170 and 174 takes you to Leidseplein (30 minutes) and Amsterdam central station (45 minutes)
How to go to the Arena, 10 minutes walk to bus 300 that takes you direct to the Arena (16 minutes)
